Never do you consider the future manifestation of a tragic set of circumstances when you choose a school for your child, however a true test of any school can be found not only in academic results, music/sporting attributes, or its alumna or alumnae, but how extreme duress is dealt with.
The manner in which Cooper’s attendance during his treatment was processed, the devout consideration and kindness he was afforded, and finally the way in which the school assisted the day he left SGS for one final time on September 1, 2017, was something our family will never forget.
It is very difficult to articulate our thanks to each of these remarkable individuals, and this equally remarkable school.
