The Cooper Rice-Brading Foundation (ABN: 50623689109) is a registered with the  Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC)

The Foundation does not pay salaries, and all time and expertise is donated by a capable and highly skilled collective of volunteers. This enables the Foundation to direct all tax deductible donations to facilitate sarcoma research, to support patients and families, and to further sarcoma awareness within Australia.

We have a Board of eight Directors,  two subcommittees reporting to our Board, one comprising of media/marketing/Public Relations, and the other, an executive fundraising committee.
